sara goldenberg joins us live. the suspects are pretty young, sara. >> reporter: these areth graders we are talking about and all girls. eastlake police confessed to making threats on fake instagram accounts like you are seeing here. this is not a joke to police. they say they are taking this very seriously. take account names like killer account wiggles on instagram and police found at least two active accounts making threats on social media saying we are coming for you guys. this is not fake. we are around eastlake and walking around. they are signed with #rip 2k16 halloween and one of the clowns said they would visit eastlake middle school and mentioned moreland hills and beechwood and many schools were closed for the rosh hashana holiday and police are continuing to investigate the threats. eastlake police got a anonymous tip and tracked suspects down and students were remorseful when they confessed. i can tell you a juvenile prosecutor is reviewing these charges. live in eastlake getting answers sara goldenberg

good even, i'm sara goldenberg. lidya esparra has the the night off. one woman is dead and another critically shanice dunning is live with the details. shanice? >> reporter: well, sara, police have arrested the driver but you can see behind me, state highway patrol and cleveland fire still working to clear this accident on 480 west and we are right by state road where this accident happened. the state highway patrol tells me the accident happened around 9:00 tonight. two women were changing a tire here when a driver hit them. the accident originally reported as a hit and run. killed one woman and left the other with serious injuries. the driver kept going but police arrested him just off of ridge road, the next commit from where i'm standing. so not far away. the women were just getting ready to leave when the accident happened. >> from what my officers told me, they had just completed changing the tire and putting everything back in the truck and were struck. they were approximately five feet from the edge line, far off fro t road where they shouldn't
