sara goldenburg is in lake you and your family is at risk. sara? >> reporter: the health department is investigating more possible cases and three out of the 11 cases are all connected to local businesses neighboring each other right here on lakeland boulevard. this dates back to the summer. het -- health officials say it is pretty uncommon. 11 cases of legionnaire's disease started in july. a 54-year-old man died from the illness. the three separate businesses. >> the odds of that occurring are pretty rare. you expect them to be sporadic and unrelated doing your investigation. >> reporter: three employees caught legionnaire's disease from these businesses on lakeland boulevard in eastlake. the other cases residents living within a one to 10-mile radius appear. >> the reason we focus on the vaporizes and the bacteria can be put into the air up to a one-mile read yous. >> reporter: he says the coolant towers are a frequent source of the bacteria. graham says one tower was contaminated and since then all five towers have been cleaned and they are now

sara goldenburg is at the huntington building. what are police telling you? >> reporter: yeah, a disturbing call for police tonight. it is a very busy area of downtown. as you said not far from the ball, pa. we are at east 9th and euclid. police were called just after 10:00. this is the huntington bank building. you can see this window has shattered. they were told it is possible it was a gunshot that did the damage. if you look closely over here, you can see the center there. now police tell us that luckily they believe this was a pellet gun that did the damage today. the building -- or as you can see the window has not collapsed and luckily no one was hurt. police are saying right inside of this window in an empty office. thisy are happy to say not a lot of damage and luckily no one was hurt. this is a best case scenario and in such a busy part of downtown on this night. live in downtown getting cleveland 19 news. >> romona: thank goodness no one was hurt. >> denise: that is frightening with all of these people. >> romona: people filed downtown really early
