the child's mother, sara tony, has been charged with homicide by child abuse. tony told authorities she was carrying her daughter across a creek when the child was washed away. >>> meanwhile, the mother of a rock hill toddler who shot himself and died has been arrested. 29-year-old patricia carter has been charged with unlawful make light of a child. officials say carter left a loaded 9-millimeter pistol on a bed where the boy was laying. >>> in orangeburg county, animal control officers have seized nearly 206 horses. however the director says the agency did not find the horses themselves. they responded to a woman's call who owns the animals. not take care of them anymore. all of the horses were underweight and had medical issues. out of the horses surrendered, two were euthanized. fifteen of the remaining 20 had already been taken to rescue shelters across the state. the other five are being cared for by the orangeburg animal control. but they will eventually be rescued to other agencies. >>> and columbia, police need your help finding the drivers of a truck
