"action news" reporter sarah bloomquist live with penndot's plan of attack on the icy roads but let'sbig board. >> hi, monica and rick. storm tracker 6 live double scan showing that the storm system has moved out. we still have some lingering snow showers especially across burlington county right now but the problem isn't what's falling if the sky. the problem is the falling temperatures. all brought in by these very strong wind gusts. wind gusts in philadelphia currently 41 miles per hour. winds are whipping 41 in reading, 39 miles an hour wind gusts in allentown, 39 in wilmington and with the winds out of the northwest this will be pulling down some very cold air. so the national weather service has posted a winter weather advisory until midnight for the potential for flash freeze. what this means is that any roads that are wet untreated or that aren't blown dry the slush will be freezing very quickly as temperatures really nose dive. right now philadelphia 36 degrees, we're above freezing. wilmington dropped down to 33 but you'll notice allentown red andying and
