let's go out to hallie jackson in the white house briefing room where sarah huckabee sanders has juste headlines? >> two of them, chris, on the topics we're focused on all day -- health care and russia. sanders was asked about that conversation -- private conversation between presidents trump and putin at the g20 a couple of weeks ago from germany and what you heard on the record is what the white house said. this was simply a social occasion and sanders said she hasn't spoken directly with the president about what was said in this conversation. that said, she didn't expect she said it to be of the nature of particularly sensitive. i asked her about that new "washington post" reporting that the trump administration is now shutting down a program that armed anti-assad rebels in syria. this was significant, it was something that moscow had been asking for for a while. this would be seen as a concession to russia if "the post" is accurate here. she would not confirm that reporting. here's what she said. >> can you kind of explain a little bit -- the president said today, as the bill stan
