sarah murray joins us now with your new reporting on this. details about that house testimony, sarah. what have you learned? >> that's right. our team has gotten our hands on this from the memo from the staff that includes portions of kathy chung's testimony and she was the key witness and the person packing and unpacking it, and she makes clear that she thought all of the classified documents had been removed from biden's office when she was vice president when she started packing. she told the committee that there were file folders in a box and here's what they're asking her. they're saying at that time when you took the file folders there were documents in these file folders and kathy chung confirms that's the case and they continue the questioning and did you go through the file folders and documents at this point? she makes it pretty clear she did not know there were classified documents and she sort of describes there were policy papers in there and condolence letters about joe biden's late son beau biden. there were photos and memorabi

cnn's sarah murray joins us with the latest.ite big for the investigation depending on what they have. what more do you know. >> as you said in the court file today they said at least eight electors -- they told all 16 of the fake republican electors in georgia they were targeted inner had investigation. you can imagine that makes it hard to get information out of them, so now she struck immunity deals with a handful of them. we know that there are others who could face legal exposure, but it means she has time to try to pry information out of these folks, figure out who were you working with in the state of georgia? who might you have been working with in the trump campaign or around the trump campaign to try to organize this fake slate of electors and sort of build her case, anderson. >> what does it suggest about the type of charges the former president might potentially face in georgia? >> we don't know if donald trump will face charges or who else, but we know the district attorney has been looking at potential racketeering

cnn sarah murray joins us now with more on that. so what did we learn today? >> well anderson, as you might expect, the district attorney does not want us to see this special grand jury evidence investigation and final report thrown out. she has told the judge that he should dismiss donald trump's motion. he should not hold a hearing on this matter. he should not allow another judge to hear the trump team's arguments, which is something the trump team had asked for. she basically said there is no evidence that the investigative special grand jury process during this was tainted. she said there was no evidence of misconduct on her behalf, because they also wanted her removed as a prosecutor. she also took issue with the fact of the trump team is now coming at this at this point so late in the game. she says, by his own estimation, mr. trump has been at the center of an investigation which has progressed for over two years. but only now is he moving in front of prosecutors disqualification. a very sharp rebuttal from fani willis today against the trump arguments
