sasha lynn rosa stayed in the car with her two kids as her husband tried to dig them out. they were overcome by carbon monixide. neighbors tried to help. >> and i try, i try. my nephew try, try. and the paramedics try, try. those people worked so hard. >> the second child a three-year-old girl is in very critical condition at a nearby hospital. it was a similar incident in berks county. a man was trapped by a snowplow in his running car. he also succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning. safety experts say you should clear snow well away from tail pipes before you start your car to warm it up. and there are also several sources of carbon monoxide around your house. you want to make sure that there is plenty of open space by the vents outside your furnace and your clothes drier. also if you have a wood stove, they need a lot of clearance. make sure that those vents are clear whether they are on the roof or on the side of your house and of course if you have an elderly neighbor, check their home as well. want to try to keep everybody safe, guys. >> absolutely. thanks ali. >> th
