we are in sausalito and they were spotted on the floating docks. and they coulding tangled with a fishing line. >> this is fish in line. >> reporter: experts showed us exactly what the two sea lions are in tangled in. it is wrapped around their necks. they are trying to capture them so they can bring them to the center and nurse them back to health and release them. it is not keeping them from swimming. they are still mobile and able to function but officials say if the sea lions continue to grow that will just keep digging into them and could reach a point where they could be strangled. since they were first spotted they have tried to capture them 4 times. part of the challenge is the fact that these sea lions have been spotted hanging out on the floating docks. >> what happens is when you go up to them all they have to do is just dive off into the water, once these animals are in the water that is their natural habitat, right? once they are in the water humans are no match for them because they swim so fast and they dive, so that makes it a chall
