this is happening right off the coast of sausalito. the boat here appears to be sinking, at least most of it is in fact underwater from this picture. i cannot tell if anyone is on board. i certainly don't see anyone standing there on top. again, with don't know what's happening with this boat, if anyone is on it, how many people might be on it, what sort of distress call it may have made. perhaps it broke away from the mooring and is floating loose. we are trying to find out what is happening here. i asked mark tamayo. you can see the water movement for yourself here doesn't look, you know, i don't see whitecaps, it doesn't look particularly choppy. the situation here is that there is a boat sinking. this is happening on richardson bay in sausalito. i don't know if anyone is on board. i don't know what caused the bow to sink. these are questions we are working to go answer four. as soon as we have those answers, we will bring those to you. >>> still ahead, burglers break into a san jose state sorority house. what evidence police are us
