senior trooper made a traffic stop friday morning soon after the suspect took off and ran his car into sawa's cruiser. into a fence and then a rail. it went right through the windshield, hitting the trooper directly in the chest. luckily, we're told he only suffered minor injuries and the suspect is facing dui and assault charges tonight. >>> efforts to try to find a man who sexually assaulted a woman at a strip mall. gigi barnett explains police have a better idea of who they're looking for. >> reporter: the police are looking for this man. on january 21st, shortly before 11:00 p.m., investigators say he walked up to a woman, sexually assaulted her, and then ran away. >> they were unable to locate suspect of the. investigation at that point turned over to criminal investigation division. >> reporter: now detectives look for witnesses too. the suspect was wearing a dark colored jacket, and an earring that night. he has one tale tell feature. >> on his cheek. >> reporter: police are on the lookout too. >> that's nod good, concerning, very concerning. >> reporter: i'm gigi barnett, wjz news. >>
