you and i know we've had one difficultic time getting information out of the sba as to how this program has worked. the transparency has been terrible and it's something that needs to be corrected. we need to have accountability andd understand the program ase move forward. we have been very much handicapped because we haven't been able to get that type of information. but one thing is clear as we go into a second round and you and i understand we need to have limited resources. we will not have as much as we would like to have. we will be dealing with a bridge aid package if we can get it done that will hold us all for several months. we need therefore to recognize we can't do everything we want to do and the hardest hit small businesses are the smaller businesses so let us target the program to the smaller of the small businesses to get to the small business does that need to help and in dependent upon large have those gatherings in their business and let us reach out to the underserved because what we learned in theun cares act those that didn't have priority established relationship
