(darya) a warning for people on the penninsula after another mountain lion was spotted. it happened yesterday morning near interstate 280 in san carlos. somebody who lived in the area says the mountain lion was roaming near crestview drive and tulip lane. mountain lions are frequently spotted in this area and don't usually pose a threat to humans. but if you see one with cubs nearby -- do not approach it.
