mention that we are here today because of the initial conversations between my predecessor, robert ter schaefferrs ago they had a conversation about perhaps bringing magna carta to the library of congress and how the library of congress might be part of the worldwide celebrations of the iconic anniversary. that took hold and blossomed into what we have today. i want to recognize the person that has been most responsible for managing all of the magna carta commemorative events at the library of commerce, my colleague, robert nuland, thank you for agreeing to take on this task three years ago for your work and dedication in bringing this major project to fruition. i also need to thank my law library colleague nathan dorn standing in the back, spent numerous hours selecting the items, creating the narrative and scripting the content for the exhibit upstairs. this exhibition and events have come together as a cultivation of efforts from multiple divisions across the library of congress and our partners in the united kingdom. the product of many hands, too many to name, but all deserving our gratitud

i want to wish dorothy schaeffer wish their mom a help birthday. 99 years old. share our birthday weekend. one leo to another happy birthday. right now, it is clear here across the city. just a mix of sun and clouds, 74. nice and comfortable that dew point is down. low humidity again. so certainly a nice weekend. not bright sunshine all day but enough to warm these temperatures up. close to 70 in allentown. we're continuing that climb from philadelphia 74 into the 80s this afternoon and to the south it is little cooler today with that breeze again not as strong as yesterday. as the storm which caused that gusty northeast wind has move out but we'll see another sea breeze developing in you're down the shore nice end to the weekend pretty comfortable you'll see she breezes devil, these clouds move in across new jersey and they're combining across delaware -- delmarva from the delaware bay and the chesapeake bay that sea breeze eminase creates clouds here. one or two showers will try to creep their way into the north and western suburbs don't think this will amount
