we got glowing numbers from chipotle, google, schlumberger, general electric, food, tech, oil service. that's on top of the amazing financial numbers from capital one, american express with the exception of ibmi this has been, i'm going to pronounce it, the best earnings season i can recall in years. it is my hope we get a downdraft. only because i don't like to chase it after this week's performance, we are chasing if we buy at these levels. you know what, though, maybe we'll get that selloff. did you know that good friday once fell on a monday? of course, that was a horse, it collapsed in the race in the uk in '46. well, next week the friday labor report falls on a tuesday. . i think it'll give us the opportunity we need to buy high-quality earnings stories at lower levels because of a strongs jobs number meaning one and only thing one that will send the market lower. you'll hear the talk about a taper, less bond buying. with know parts of the economy are weak. i believe that home sales have taken a turn south. we're going to find out when we get existing home sales monday morning.
