killed during saturday's tragic limo crash in upstate new york.the trip, which brought 17 people to schoharie, was meant to celebrate amy steenburg's 30th birthday, a gift from her husband axel steenburg. the newlyweds had just gotten married on june 30 in nearby saratoga, according to their page on theknot.com.her sisters, abigail jackson, and mary dyson, along with husbands adam jackson and rob dyson were also in the limo when it crashed. a fourth sister, allison king, was also among those killed."they were the four musketeers," the sisters' brother tom king, 35, told the new york post."they were wonderful girls," their aunt, barbara douglas, told the associated press. nbc's matt bradley is on the scene in schoharie, new york. what can you tell us about how this unfolded and where the investigation stands? >> reporter: ayman this is a scene of a really sad moment for a lot of people in this rural community. people are still coming, dropping off flowers right here. this is also the scene, as you mentioned, of a federal investigation. the ntsb sent a so-called go team here. they'll be here for a couple of days, trying to piece together what went wrong. behind our camera, that was where this limousine, this suv limousine, came careening down this hill, through a stop sign, slammed into a parked car right here, killed two pedestrians here, and then ended up in that creek bed. the only thing left here is these tire tracks from where they pulled that huge suv limo out of the creek bed. that's where 17 of these party goers and the driver were killed in this creek bed here. now, this is just, as i mentioned, so tragic. it's so surprising. so many people killed from only one really one vehicle and two pedestrians fr
