the president of paypal will be dan schulman. what's interesting is john don mon, of course, the ceo right now will no longer have an executive place he will serve on one or both of the boards going forward, but carol ikeon definitely celebrating this. he's calling for the next step. he's encouraged by what's happened. now, he wants to see paypal make some more acquisitions to unify or perhaps merge with another company. so ebay doing very well on the news. stock is popping. about 8 percent. we're watching that. i want to bring you some ratings. moody is on review for possible down grades. of course, paypal is the company that jirnts the most money for ebay. it's certainly the crown jewel of the company presplit and they're also citing a weaker credit profile. it could be a multinotch downgrade for ebay. we're also watching s&p they placed an a credit rating on ebay and they said there could be negative implications there. very interesting on both sides. i have a feeling this is just the beginning. >> liz: it's interesting that c
