"action news" reporter katherine scott is live at pennsylvania state police barracks in belmont with the story. katherine. >> reporter: matt, we did get new details this morning about that fatal crash last flight on the schuylkill expressway. it he remains under investigation by the pennsylvania state police. let's get straight to video from the schuylkill expressway last night. after that crash, it happened around 11:30 and the lanes remained shut down for about three and a half hours after by the montgomery drive exit for the investigation. initially investigators had thought that the tractor-trailer had rear-ended a sedan but after reviewing more evidence, they say that's not how it happened. they say the sedan had been in the eastbound lanes and was reported to have been speeding when it went off the roadway up an embankment and the
