we're checking the schuylkill expressway. rouble spots for us on the schuylkill this morning because of some construction we had at south street. that has since cleared but you can see the delay remains so this is the schuylkill at passyunk. westbound traffic coming off at 26th street and you can see how jammed you are approaching passyunk to south street even though that construction cleared traveling really slowly there and you could see you're traveling about 14 miles an hour westbound on the schuylkill an early delay and that's because of that construction that was out there for awhile but it's gone near south street. i-95 slowing down about 16 miles an hour as you're heading towards girard so you're watching that volume build and the jam starts on i-95. schuylkill elsewhere mostly in the 20's and 30's as we look at that big picture here n conshohocken we've had an accident out here for hours on key street. that's right at butler pike. let's go outside live here and this is deptford township gloucester county. we noticed a
