that nasty fatal accident and car fire on the schuylkill expressway ramps to the roosevelt boulevard. here's what we are looking at live, this is westbound schuylkill expressway, there is ramp to go north on the boulevard. look at everybody just sitting here, and probably in the sure of exactly what is happening overnight or what is about to happen. the ramp is closed, there is no access from the schuylkill from the northbound roosevelt boulevard. leaving the city, schuylkill in this stretch is four lanes, two go off to the boulevard, two continue west and this will cause havoc through our morning rush hour. if you do not use that ramp, traffic is already backed up, here's what the car looked like that burst into flames as part of the accident this morning, lets go live to our news van who is on the scene, jared our photographer was able to get there quickly, early, right after this accident happened. again this happened at 3:50 this morning, where according to police this vehicle bounced off of the guardrails a couple of times coming around the sharp curve, and then another vehicle then stopped to assist and then that vehicle was struck

westbound side. eastbound i would say generally heavily from 76 all the way through 295. let's talk about what's happening on the vine street expressway -- excuse me on the schuylkill expressway travel times are getting better but this is your westbound delay at montgomery drive. typically we don't see delays reaching this far back so definitely a slow go from that earlier accident which was at belmont blocking the shoulder. the accident has since cleared but again we're just waiting to are this to run its coarsely traveling westbound just about 28 minutes between the vine out through the blue route. we actually have a bridge outage. if you're traveling into phoenixville, this is on hollow road between pew town road and french creek road. matthews going to be your best bet to get around in. in cherry hill new jersey we have an accident closing covered bridge road between forge road and shelley. 295 you could see that up here that's in the green so that's going to be a good alternate to get around that. brian and alicia, back to you. >> gina, thank you. >>> let's take a live look outside. sky6 giving us a rather dismal view from our temple university camera over center city ph
