>> scott, we're learning a lot more about that 911 call that was mentioned. the one that omar mateen made during that mass shooting. it was the one where he pledged allegiance to isis. according to a u.s. intelligence source the call came from a bathroom at the nightclub. and at some point 911 had to actually call him back. we don't know why, whether the call was dropped. by 911 dispatchers actually called him back. and at that point we were told he made this pledge to isis and also made a reference to the tsarnaev brothers and the boston bombing. and so that, scott, is some of the new information that we've just learned. >> pelley: jeff, we understand that mateen had been contacted by the fbi more than once. what do you know about that? >> well, there were at least two contacts. one in 2013 and one in 2014. in 2013 there were statements that he made to coworker-- workers according to law enforcement sources that stated some sort of connection to the tsarnaev brothers, who carried out the boston am bog am then in 2014 there was another alleged contact suggest

scott: yeah, it is few and far between. there are still some 32,000 people without power, and that is the least of their problems. just look at how much water came through in a short time. top of theark on par garage, that is the high water mark. now that things are drying out, you can see some of the scale of the damage. there are scenes like this across dozens of county's. -- across dozens of counties. after two days of flash flooding, raging waters that caused widespread damage in parts of west virginia are finally receding. at least 24 people have died, making this the deadliest flash since 2010. the governor declared a state of emergency for more than 40 counties and activated the national guard to assist first water-related rescues. we do not have any pending problems, but we have our hopes up. scott: they have dislodged bridges and swept away homes. >> there is no way to our house. the only thing that we can do is cross the creek for the rep stream where it's narrow and cut a path through the rough mountainside. thos
