scott: yeah. rebecca: finally, the block was taken over by a factory that made shell buttons, which i think was here from the 1920's up to world war ii. scott: these are basically the kind of buttons we have on the sleeve of our jacket right now. they are not made out of shell anymore. rebecca: we have huge amounts of debris. tens of thousands of shells which have these little notches taken out, which are the circles for the buttons. we sampled the debris. we did not recover at all. we were able to give some of these shells to the museum, and they abused them to give to dignitaries, and people are excited. this, like everything, is a material piece of the history of this place, which is what historical archaeology is. to be able to have a lot of material, even from this latest industry, was really neat. one of the chapters in our report talks about the button making industry and who was making them here. it was the lippincott button factory. you can see we go from the tanning industry, the earlies

>> taking a look at yelp, scott.not a name that comes up a lot for us, but it did come up today because somebody came out there and bought 5,000 of the july 30 calls for 50 cents, up to 55 cents. pretty aggressive buying there it's an interesting company. they have some earnings, they're not huge but when you look at the balance sheet, they've got $6 in cash but zero debt. so interesting company obviously, we all, you know, many people who travel a lot, like i do, you use yelp a lot in the different places you're going, just trying to investigate around so it's interesting to see that this paper, this was a $43 stock, pulled back, and here it is trading around that $31 level. so somebody betting in the next couple of weeks, we get a rise up through there not a very expensive shot, but 5,000 of those trading today >> you're in >> i am in i like it. i'm in these julys i'll be in there probably up through expiration but fif it moves fast enough before that time, i'll probably be hitting the exits as well very short-term

scott: it is twofold.e great exports of the united states has been complicated balance sheets. more and more companies are putting in lots of layers of debt. at any given point in time, even in a low default rate like we are in today, you start to see companies running into this rest, whether it is region, sector related, or idiosyncratic risk of something going on with the company. when you take a look at that, that drives a tremendous amount of restructuring. m&a is something that is proliferating around the world. when i started doing this 30 years ago, the bulk of the m&a activity was in the u.s., today, we are about one third, europe and the rest of the world are about one third. lastly, it is the changes in who provides capital to companies today. public toshift from private debt markets. scott: exactly. erik: restructuring, your firm benefited from turmoil in the energy industry. what is the outlook for restructuring now? corporate defaults are low, credit spreads, even though they backed up the las

let's get back to scott willia williams. >> scott?> that's certainly right, continuing to follow that activity as it moves threw sections of berks county now into montgomery county and moving to the south and east at about 30 miles per hour so a lot of very heavy rainfall gusty winds, vivid lightning as the heavy rain continues to move on off generally to the south and east. you can see we'll zoom in a little closer. reading is now out of that tornado warning. but southern sections there much berks county as you move into northern chester also montgomery county you are still under that tornado warning until 6:15. so that does still include a section of berk county, northern chester county here and then as you move into places like pottstown, also, the limerick area until 6:15. heavy rainfall, gusty winds and also rotation with this as it continues to move on off to the south and east at about 30 miles per hour. so we've kind of zoomed in across the region look at the bulls eye of the very heavy rainfall here. pine forge moving toward
