scott: there are a lot of things. the most significant is the sec , many years ago, if you look at the data, 20 years ago, started to introduce a lot of efficiency mechanisms into the public markets, to do exactly that, make the markets more efficient. they did a great job. this is not alive problem with the sec. if you look at for example the amount of money it costs to trade stocks today, the expenses that retail investors bear, all of those have been going in the right direction the last 20 years, so that is a wonderful thing. that works very well with large cap and highly liquid stocks. but when you have smaller cap stocks that aren't as liquid, that market has become much more challenging to be in. if you are is sub billion-dollar market capitalization company today in the public markets, you probably don't have research analysts covering your company, a sales or trading desk at banks talking to the investor community about buying your stock. as a result, their stock doesn't really, trade very well that is what w

scott, we see the biggest loser are the drugmakers, j&j.here is a criminal probe into the questions about whether or not they concealed evidence of potential cancer risk there. you have got four stocks down on the dow. three of them are drugmakers. i don't think the dow should have three drugmakers. conversely boeing what people might have thought bad news, once again a major airline pushing out time when they bring the 737 max. i think the stock is up because they will bring it back at this point. when you start to look at individual names, scott, how do you go through these particularly in a market with this kind of run? >> we look at fundamental sector based or sectorly whatever the average i may have screwed up, we look at fundamentals what sectors are creating jobs, what sectors are creating the most profits, the most gdp contribution and dig in from there and i agree with you that the drugmakers have been kind of a mind field. it has been a news driven sector. it is a tough sector to call so avoided that. one area we added are medical
