eyewitness news was there when scott irvin bonded out -- irwin bonded out of jail after being inside for eight hours. orlando police say he recorded videos up girls skirts last month. some of those girls as young as five and as old as 13. so we asked him about his video voyeurism charge. if convicted could give him up to 15 years in prison. >> scott are you a pervert? >> reporter: the 27-year-old tried to shield his face from our cameras and walked away. but that didn't stop us from asking about the disturbing allegations. >> what do you have to say to those parents? >> reporter: we first learned about irwin's arrest this morning. we then got the surveillance video police says shows irwin inside the baldwin park publix with a shopping basket and then we obtained the warrant for his arrest. it states the shopper inside that store caught irwin placing his phone in that green basket. and the witness told police that irwin would then try to secretly record up girls skirts and shorts. police that it happened towards the beginning and the end of last month. >> should parents have to worry
