scott mcgrew has the details. >> good morning.y extremely informal poll say a lot of people aren't going to agree to the 60% price hike, they will make changes to their rental plan. under the price hike for current customers, one dvd out at a time with streaming jumps from $9.99 month to just under $16 a month. if you decide to get rid of dvds or get rid of streaming, do just one or the other, you can actually save money. the price will be $7.99 a month. now, if you go to streaming only, that means you could use some of the money you save to get seven movies a month from dvd machines, assuming you return them on time. some machines have new release dvds much sooner than netflix so there's an advantage there, too. this is great news for coin star. they own red box. most of their watch it now movies are b movies. this release on netflix, "night of the comet" from 1963. i saw this in the theater with my girlfriend. the company needs to come up with billions of dollars to pay movie studios for new movies. when it first started, they w

. >> i want to check in with scott mcgrew. >> good morning, laura.oman is on trial in colorado accused of mortgage fraud, prosecutors think there's valuable evidence on her laptop so the big question this morning is, her laptop's encrypted. should the courts force the accused to give up their passwords if doing so would prove them to be guilty? this seems like a violation of the fifth amendment. you can't be forced to testify against yourself. the counterargument is if you hide evidence in a safe you have to give up the key. the courts have said that. is the fact that the password is in your head, does that change things? it's a precedent we'll be looking at as it progresses. apple is suing a company called get jar which sells apps for smart phones in its app store. that's the fight. apple says only it can call its store an app store. get jar points out it's been selling apps longer and it's going to keep using the term. >> and finally, talk about an hd ipad that would be the next ipad that comes out. could be introduced as soon as two months from no
