we will have more on that with scott mcgrew in just one second but right now the dow jones, s&p, nasdaq are all up a little bit this morning. >> the economy was roaring ahead in april and the latest job numbers are very positive. >> very positive. >> scott mccrew, this is a real turnaround. >> previous numbers from the last month terrible but that was the last report. let's talk about this report, absolutely what we wanted to see. 211,000 jobs. the unemployment rate fell to 4.4%, the lowest since may of 2007. really tremendous numbers. now ironically that bad report from the month previous actually got revised even further downward so it's good to put march in the rear view mirror. uber's misbehavior caught the attention of the feds. uber misbehaves a lot. this is over software they use called gray ball. it's a way of making uber "x" cars invisible to city regulators where were cracking down on car shape. for example in portland, someone would fire up his uber app and wouldn't see any cars around him. the "new york times" was the first to reveal the gray ball software and prosecutors in
