following breaking news in the deadly shooting of a -- investigators say a man shot and killed scott lunger. paulorter: last night the man that heyward police say shot and killed one of their officers was booked and he'll meet before a judge later today. this is the man and a neighbor tells me that mark is the main suspect. until yesterday, astrada was -- investigators believes the suspect was shot during a confrontation the morning of lunger's death. police released this video and say it may be in connection with the shooting. a car is a light colored sedan. it's pulling into a driveway by the suspect's home in east oakland. we're repeating the video so you get a better look. it shows the corner of 107th and beverly avenue. officers say there weren't many cars in the area, and those in the car may have information about the shooting. we have information about funeral arrangements. they're set for thursday morning at the neighborhood church in castro valley. a view expected to held in heyward. estrada he is suspected to go before the judge. we'll bring the latest right here online or on our newsc
