scott redler and phil flynn, scott, let's discuss some scenarios here.then, or if apple were to lose it, what happens then? >> well, i think if they win the trial, you're going to get a positive impact on the stock. the stock's been lagging a little bit. i'm actually long the stock a little bit. i think if it gets above 128, it has room -- maybe back towards the mid 130s. if they lose, i don't think it's that big of a deal. maybe there'll be a short-term move lower, but a lot of people have been debating the fact that epic, you know, they're on the app store, and the app store gets a piece of everybody that's there because it's huge exposure. why shouldn't apple get a beat. the whole question is should they get 30% or should it be less. i was hoping there'd be a little bit of a hybrid solution because they do try and charge hess to small businesses. i kind of think it's going to go in favor of apple, and if that happens, it'll be positive for tech, positive for apple, and i don't think that they, you know, promote monopolistic practices. they're just hug

and that's what i ask scott redler who's very much a technical guy. you look at the charts, you don't get caught up in the emotions of it. what does that tell you? >> sometimes the small caps, if they're under pressure, tell us that we're up for more volatility to come. but with the way the rotation has been over the course of the past 2-4 months, each longer, it doesn't mean as much. you had the pro-cyclicals very strong, the banks have been strong, energy's been strong. they've been out of fave for the past few years. so when the russell's a little weaker, you can't just all of a sudden think you can short market because of the way of the rotation is. the russell's still hanging around, so it's not really a headwind, but what eric said about the u.s. and the reopening trade, if you remember, liz, we spoke about the reopening trade in january when nobody was talking about it. the cruise lines and the airlines had a fantastic move. i think today started another move in both those sectors. so individuals want to be in norwegian cruise lines or an etf f

let's bring in scott redler and louie navalier. anything that's affected by a one-word tweet is dangerous, but bitcoin, is it a buy, hold or sell? >> is there a valuation on bitcoin? it's always been driven by motion and fear and greed and, obviously, you see someone like musk who could come out and put a tweet out there at a very temperamental time after it went from 20,000 to 60,000, there really is no valuation. when you put it in terms of trading, you have to use technicals. and technically bitcoin's been in a tremendous uptrend. it rode all the way up to 60,000 plus. is so when musk started to get temperamental in his earnings call how he sold a bunch, that was one break and then obviously, you know, recently this whole, you know, saga. so right now, technically, bitcoin is at the 200-day moving right d moving average right here. you could dip back and try and buy some here, but if 42,000 doesn't hold, okay, and it gets below and stays below, just ooh like any other sector, any other stock, you could be in a bear market for a w

>> scott redler is a really good source on this. he is a trader, on our shows plenty.split the stock so it is not a 3,000, where is it trading now? 3300? it was high as almost 3500 couple weeks ago before bezos started selling. the need to split the stock so it gets in the dow jones industrial average which it is not. it is too expensive to do that. so retail an get in to buy the individual shares at least psychologically. you can buy fractional shares. different to buy, if you talk to traders there is a psychological thing if the price of amazon is $500, people don't mind buying it as opposed to being $3500, even if they can buy fractional shares, they like to have the whole share. scott believes there it with be a stock split, probably sometime this year. there was lots of talk about the stock split happening before the last earnings. it didn't obviously. there is a new ceo coming in andy jazzy, as you know. bezos is reluctant to split the stock. last time he did was 1999. he did one in '98, two in '99, none since then even as the stock has gone to astronomical level
