he's scott sutherland, research analyst covering wireless for wedbush securities. scott, nice to you have with us. >> great, thanks for having me, susie. >> susie: so what is holding apple back from paying a dividend? item reluctance? >> i think maybe two things. one, there is a process they have to go through. and i think they're being very methodical about it. and second i think historically steve jobs had been resistance to a dividend. high profile, he would rather have cash on the balance sheet and possibly those two reasons are making them very meticulous about this. >> susie: but even if apple paid a dividend there within plenty of money left over. what are they going do with a hundred billion dollars in cash? >> yeah, i mean, plenty of cash. tim cook has said it several times now in the last few weeks they have plenty of cash. this he have only done small acquisition. they built up the supply chain and data centers so i do think they have plenty of cash. not all is done without-- most of it is not but they have plenty to pay -- >> after meeting today what did

mike isaac is here, as well as scott sutherland. my desert island magazine, if there's one i can take, i'll tak"wired." you reviewed the lumia, compared it to some of the other smartphones. the magazine gave it an 8 out of 10. why do you like this phone so much? i was shocked. >> you're not used to nokia phones as the newest, greatest phones out there. nokia is basically betting the entire company on windows phone. and them being the operating system for their smartphones, right? so the emphasis on nokia is on design. everything goes into the hardware design on the phone. they've got this sort of bow house funky look that's not like any of the android phones you see out there right now. they have their oun apps that they make, that you can't get on other hardware manufacturers, like htc or samsung. it just looks different. you know, it's very design heavy. and that's something that microsoft is really trying to do with their windows phone. >> mike, you have a lot of influence, right? people buy products based on what you say. but is

scott sutherland covers apple.>> thank you. >> more and more people are wanting to shoot against apple at this point. they've been all wrong. at this point with $500 crossed, do you think we slow down a little bit in this upward trajectory? >> i think obviously apple's had a great run here over the last month and year to date, built off a strong fiscal q1 results with the iphone sales and speculation surrounding the ipad 3 launch. there might be some consolidation here. but valuation still is not that expensive. i think longer term, it could still move higher from here. >> what premium to the market does apple deserve by way of multiple, in your view? >> i'm not sure if it deserves a premium. i just don't think it deserves a discount to the market here, trading in the low teens. i don't think it deserves a discount here. there's still low market share in many of their markets. i think that sets the table for still lots of growth for the company. i think at least a mid teens multiple is more fair for them. >> should
