our "7 on your side" scott taylor spent his day looking in radee prince's background. he is at the "live desk" now. what have you discovered about him? scott: discovered a lot. right now this is what we know about the shooter. 37 years old. he worked as a machine operator for the last several months with the people he ended up shooting over at advanced granite solutions. he does have a criminal background. let me break it down for everybody. according to court prince was convicted of 15 counts of burglary in 2003. and he served some time in jail. three years ago police found what they say was illegal gun and ammunition in his car. the d.a. dropped all the gun charges on that one. maybe the most disturbing. in february, someone tried to file protection order against this guy in cecil county, maryland, but the judge didn't grant it. if the "baltimore sun" is reporting a former coworker was afraid of him and filed a peace order against prince after prince punched him in the face and then prince was fired. i just got ahold of his resume, what appears to be his resume. we ar

that if you have someone like john taylor in the position of chair that-- of fed you will see a more hawkish fed. what do you make of that? scottre hawkish mays. we know the reaction function of the fed would change substantially. -- you will be perceived as a more hawkish move. the market, you expected to react on the announcement. the fed is an institution, it is more than just one person. sea, i is played in the doubt it will be a change -- seat, iis placed in the doubt if it will change soon. betty: maybe investors have become complacent in the low volatility environment. do you think the markets are amount of volatility we might get if there is a change at the fed? >> yes, it is one of the things we identified in our reason outlook for the year ahead, which is that there is a big inflection point in monetary policy. what is going away from the fed is as much important as what is going inside the fed. the majority of the world central-bank made from a decade of easing to a decade of normalization. conclusion that is likely to lead to volatility returning in the marketplace, at least to average levels. yvonne: on top of that
