scott wiener. earlier this month, 51 year old eric triana was found guilty of a number of weapons charges. prosecutors say triana sent senator weiner threat that said, quote that's my kids without my permission and expect a visit from me and my rifle end quote. the senator was sponsoring a bill to allow minors over 15 to seek medical care or vaccines without parental consent. triana is also now banned from having guns or ammunition getting back now to the mass shooting at oakland's king estate campus. police say they are searching for two people who fired at least 30 shots yesterday. they don't know who the shooters are, but it appears they say the shooting was gang related. six adults were hurt during the shooting to remain in critical condition tonight. a third is expected. to be okay, and three other people have been released from the hospital. everyone injured does have ties to the campus, either students or employees. specifically three of those victims were taken to highland hospital in oakland and officials there at the hospital say something needs to change. hospital reports. it's touring, treated twice as many gunshot woun
