like a beam me up scotty moment there. it didn't hurt anybody so that's good. now as far as what's hurting us, the lack of sunshine in the east. we haven't seen the sun in some spots in new england and in the mid-atlantic since saturday. you may go an entire week without any sunshine because we're sandwiched between the two storms. it's a very slow moving weather pattern. we won't clear this out until sunday or maybe monday at the earliest. you know, at least for mother's day we'd like a break in the region. as we go throughout the day today, most of the wet weather will be found in areas of west virginia, virginia and north carolina. still kind of cloudy and drizzly up through portions of new england, but it's not a soaking rain type of day. even some showers and storms around pittsburgh too. some of that rain will clip boston as we go throughout this evening. then into friday, they combine into one. gusty winds will be along with this storm, especially coastal areas. bans of rain will rotate off the coast. we're not talking about flooding type rains but one t
