arizona emergency crews in scottsdale rescued two people from a van. that one there trapped in flood waters earlier this morning. one of the victims was in a wheelchair. so the firefighters used that extension ladder there, got to the van, and they were able to pull out the victims through a window. both of the victims appear to be uninjured. arizona right now is in the middle of severe flooding from several rainstorms this week. right now three counties are under flash flood warnings. >>> luckily no one was hurt in the fiery collision between a freight train and a tanker truck during the night in east texas. it happened about 1:30 this morning in wills point. that's about 45-mile east of dallas. authorities say it appears a big rig got stuck on the train tracks, the driver of the truck jumped out moments before train hit it. very, very lucky. >>> nine minutes before 9:00. right now santa clara county is taking on the mosquito population. where the spraying is taking place and why these mosquitoes are a threat. >> also we're out looking out your window
