you can see right now, just outside of the scranton area, that particular storm has become severe sorstorm warning just to the north of monroe county. some of that activity could move into carbon and monroe county and this is the line of showers and thunderstorms that we're watching most of the action has been upstate new york as well as northern sections of pennsylvania. but we're dry in philadelphia. south jersey and sections of delaware and i think we'll stay dry as well. the high temperature today made it up to 93 degrees. the normal this time of year 87. it was a nice weekend. but the heat and humidity will build as we move over the next several days. we have 89 in atlantic city as well as millville. 89 in allentown. 87 right now in the lancaster area. but take look at those winds. it's gusting right now out of the southwest over 30 miles per hour in the philadelphia area. winds gusting over 20 miles per hour in wilmington out ahead of that front much as we look at the satellite and radar you can see those showers and thunderstorms bubbling up well to the north and west of us. t
