that is one of the reasons why the sea breeze is kind of lacking its punch. sea surface temperatures running a bit warmer than they should for us by our standards. one of the things we'll see through the weekend will be those inland valley temperatures cooling, but very slowly. you see those temperatures dropping off around pleasanton, eventually mid-90s by monday. and then low 90s as we approach wednesday and then the other item to watch, especially if your plans include yosemite or south lake tahoe, tomorrow the next wave of monsoon moisture coming up out of the south. some high clouds starting to come in. sierra thundershowers possible. the moisture not just staying over the sierra. some will sweep over the bay area and block some of the sun. it will increase the humidity as we head toward monday. 892 around san jose today. san francisco, 70s. south of downtown. we'll still see 80s around. antioch and livermore, near 100 degrees today. cooling a few degrees tomorrow around livermore. only dropping off with that cooling trend in the low 90s around the tri-va

we have a sea breeze going for you. instead of dropping typically into the low 50s and 60s, we're still sitting at 68 degrees. the lack of upwelling, the cooler water that typically comes up from below is not happening right now with the weak winds. we're seeing numbers as low as 67 degrees in monterey. right now winds are onshore. that's going to help out fairfield and livermore to cool down, at least it did today. but that sea breeze is going to turn weaker especially by tomorrow and by friday and saturday, you'll see the temperatures climb up. low clouds creeping back into san francisco. very likely we'll have mist with some of this my pressure. it squishes the fog to the surface. so you're probably going to see some of that for tomorrow's commute. the interesting weather has moved off to the north. just low clouds around the bay area. all that mid-level moisture is up here in nevada. snow there across the highest peaks of the cascades. that is a system moving away from us. high pressure building in behind it. that's

sea breeze this morning carrying the low clouds and fog.to the napa area right now although it's gusting to 25 miles per hour into fairfield. all right. the clouds have moved onshore this morning. temperatures generally in the 50s. by the afternoon, up in the 80s in the valleys. cooler today, 70s inside the bay and 60s patchy fog toward the coast. let's check the roads with elizabeth. >> i mentioned two incidents along 580. one is approaching grant line. motorcycle accident blocking the slow lane and then earlier we got reports of wood pallets in the road that was westbound 580 closer to north livermore avenue. there's the latest tweet from "kcbs traffic." you can see two separate delays going on so once you get over that bump of that motorcycle accident, this is the altamont pass, then you're going to be hit with more slowdowns on the approach to north livermore until they get that debris completely cleared. so both of those incidents are slowing down the drive time to about 25 minutes between the altamont pass and the dublin interchange.
