i''m more's sean mcallister. fox5 news local las vegas. rene angelil died last month after a long battle with throat cancer. hundreds were able to get their pets spayed and neutered for free at the animal foundation. it's part of "world spay day". the animal foundation received a grant from the petco foundation to offer 400 spay and neuter surgeries at no cost. the non-profit says in under three hours -- all appointments were booked! their goal is to make sure all animals are healthy by the year 2020.
