hampshire say led them on a high speed chase, was just in court, but, he was there to answer for i'm sean mcdonald. brian harrington was wanted in maine for another charge, and will go back there, before court proceedings start for the chase. wmur's ray brewer is live in brentwood now with details. ray: brian harrington faces a slew of charges in new hampshire stemming from the high speed chase on saturday, but before he deals with those charges he will go back to maine to deal with an assault charge. harrington told the judge that he was waiving extradion where he is charged with aggravated assault. harrington was arrested after allegedly leading a new hampshire trooper on a chase that began on i-95, around quarter to six saturday evening. harrington was spotted speeding and having difficulty staying in his lane, nearly striking a guardrail. the trooper tried to pull him over but police say harrington accelerated heading west on 101. eventually stop sticks were deployed and the front and rear tires on the driver's side were punctured, but police say eventually police say that harrington fled into

i'm sean mcdonald. the 3-story wooden home was fully ablaze when firefighters arrived last night. the drought conditions making their battle even tougher. wmur's ray brewer is live at the barnstead fire department. ray, any update on the victim's condition? ray: none at this time, sean, and the man's name has not been released. however, he was apparently one of the people calling 911 reporting the fire. this video shows what barnstead firefighters fouhe about 50 to 60 feet out of the roof. ray: the fire was reported around 11:00 monday night and quickly went to three alarms. >> the building was totally involved upon arrival. there was fire coming out everywhere. ray: according to a neighbor a man and a woman lived at the house. firefighters say they found a man outside on arrival. he was taken to the hospital. the neighbor says the woman went to stay with a relative. as firefighters continued to the fire. >> we mounted a defensive attack on all 4 sides of the building. ray: compounding the problem limited access to the fire. ,>> we got blocked in here cause the power lines that co

i'm sean mcdonald. right now, the suspect continues to be treated for his own injuries. wmur's ray brewer joins us in the studio with new details on what was going on in bourgoin's life leading up to the crash. ray: well, court documents filed in support of the charges say that steven bourgoin was facing foreclosure and was also dealing with domestic and child custody issues. investigators say bourgoin was also suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, and the morning of the crash went to the hospital three times but was never evaluated. appearing to be barely conscious, 36-year-old steven bourgoin was wheeled into a hospital conference room for his arraignment. prosecutors say bourgoin was driving the wrong way last saturday night on 1-89 near burlington, vermont, slamming into a car carrying five teens, killing all of them. among those killed, 15-year-old while officers were trying to put out the flames from the first crash, officials say bourgoin stole a police car and then got into another accident, crashing into at least seven other vehicles. as a result, bourg
