imagine if sears put out, tell us what you don't like about sears, they heard all kinds of things aboutir competitors. liz: well, yeah. >> in that sense, it was positive, in that we realized, it's not just us. it's a lot of things, but good data about what people don't like. liz: let's get to that. let's put up some of the things. in fact, the top three. i'm not surprised that everybody despises the seating. it's too tiny. loss luggage, and service 15 percent. they unleashed the hate about that. what were the more quirky things that people don't like about flying that you got response about. >> we got all kinds of quirky response. people said things about everything from the colors we used to -- to the way our people dressed and things like that. what they thought about the person sitting next to them. [laughter] but the idea of the seats, and one of the economic things that as a business channel you get and we have to get people to understand better is that airplanes are really expensive. and fuel is really expensive. and just like when you carpool, everyone can split the cost of gas.

in some ways i would say that sears is trapped.re in those big buildings. >> they say they're going to be more proracketive, more flexible in dealing with those spaces, selling some of them where there's a demand for that, or splitting them. >> >> if he telling us that you're -- would you then go buy a verizon building from eddie? >> no. what i wonder about is, can he truly transform this company which continues to have losses each year. they've done a good job of shepherding without having a crisis in confidence, but when jimmy writing armed with more information than ever about how members want to show we're going to use these insights to adapt to where -- member experience will be paramount. i don't exactly know what that means. >> omni, if you have an omnichannel with all these places to bring back stuff, they should have an advantage. they do have this members business. >> he's trying. >> but in some ways, this was not the time, just closing bad k-mart shows. it was years ago. sometimes ur just too late. just could be too late
