police are saying a car just drove in to the mall entering through a sears. witnesses were saying on the scene that it was driving aimlessly. there were gun shots heard as well. shepard was talking the a store in that mall. he was unaware of the vehicle. he heard the gun shots. we do know that this is apparently ended. the suspect or at least the driver of the s.u.v. is in custody. so much we don't know and we're not going to get to the conjecture game. pat rosman joins us on the phone. very little to put together what do you think of what you heard? >> well, good afternoon, neil. a couple things. there's really three defining elements that we can piece together based on known facts. aimlessly as you pointed out, first of all, a s.u.v. driving through the mall. secondly apparently several ear witness accounts of gun shots or what the ear witnesses believe to be gun shots. and third, you have police with their weapons drawn fanning out throughout the area. so if you align those apparent facts together, seems like a very serious situation. >> when you look at t
