the judge says that seattle tacoma international airport is outside the city's authority because it isgovernment entity. support of the laws are allowed to appeal. christine owens is executive director of the national employment law project. she joins us from washington, d.c. that news out of seattle last night, how big is it? >> it's not really a surprise. you know, we found that in these ballot campaigns, the opponents challenge them all the way. we generally win them and they're still challenges so we're not at all surprised by this decision. it's the same judge who initially ruled it couldn't be on the ballot to begin with and that decision was overturned by the state supreme court. supports will take this back to the supreme court. it's really too early to speculate as to what the court will do. i think the important thing is that this jeannie is out of the bottle. it can't be put back in. the victory in se sae tack has excited folks around the country, has helped build the momentum. we now have campaigns in the city of seattle and chicago and new york for higher city minimum wage
