he was arrested in 2004 in seattle, washington, of police say he shot out the tires of a vehicle ownedowned by the house last year. he had a blackout related to his anger. that's what he told police, apparently upset over the noise they were making. the marking situation that was ongoing because of the construction in the neighborhood. and then in 2010, he allegedly shot a round through the ceiling of his apartment into the neighbor's apartment upstairs. he had an ongoing dispute with that neighbor about the noise he made in that apartment. he confronted her in the parking lot prior to the shootling. she said she was terrified of him. and when police got to him, he didn't come out. eventually he came out, he told police he was cleaning his weapon and he shot by accident. police apparently didn't buy that story and that shooting in ft. worth in 2010 apparently was the reason why he was discharged from the navy in 2011. now he's a subcontractor, working in the i.t. department at the navy yard which may be how he gained active to the navy yard. 13 total dead including the gunman. one of t
