responders say an 83 year old man died while riding his bike through flooding on sanford road outside sebastopol. his body was recovered this morning. a second man was found dead last night in a culvert on franz valley road in knights valley. a flood watch is in effect for the north bay through tomorrow afternoon. a dramatic rescue in marin. look at this. a woman was pulled from her car that was sinking into a flooded creek. the driver lost control of the vehicle, sending her off the side of the road just outside of point reyes on platform bridge road tuesday. this deputy was able to bust open the rear windshield and pull the woman out through that small opening. the sheriff's office says two more vehicles got stuck after bypassing road closure signs on the same day, so don't bypass those road closure signs. many areas of the region are still cleaning up from the storms from earlier this week. as the rain comes through again today. abc seven news reporter lena howland has been around the city talking with people looking at the damage. >> just as the rain makes its bitter cold return to san franc

one in calistoga, one in sebastopol.o clean up and get ready for next week's storms, as nbc bay area's bob redell reports, first responders are emphasizing that people should keep safety in mind. we are learning just how deadly and dangerous this week's storms were. an elderly woman driving her car in marin county. as one instance of that, she says the car hit a puddle. she lost control and slid into a creek where the water was very deep. this is body cam video of a marin county sheriff deputy breaking the window to that woman's car. you can see most of her cars submerged in that creek. fortunately, the woman was able to keep her head above water long enough for that deputy to pull her out and get her back to dry land and safety. she was lucky. two men were not further north in sonoma county, first responders recovered a man's body in unincorporated santa rosa. they believe he entered the water either on foot or a bike. authorities found another man in unincorporated calistog he was found dead in a culvert. his neighbors

found inside a covert wednesday near fronts valley road. 81 year-old friend frank robinson from sebastopol was found on sanford and whole road yesterday morning. one day after he was reported missing. today, an evacuation order for low-lying areas on the russian river has been downgraded to evacuation warning and that residents in impacted areas can return home. kron four's joey horta has more. >> it's big trees blocking the road right now after taking down power lines and the roadway is shut down as a clean up the mess. santa rosa police say the tree came down around 6.30 this morning. it's blocking south right road. officers have that closed between family and miles avenues. one arborist tells me the combination of strong wind and wet soil trees to fall. police are asking drivers to avoid this area. meanwhile, the russian river now several feet below flood stage, but there's still minor flooding in the area stuff it will take everything. everything you have. >> i've seen propane tanks go down, houses, trees, boats, you name it's gone away. thank that says it comes up. it goes down as we
