where does the lawsuit with the sec stand at this moment?night, we filed our opening brief for the lawsuit. so this lays out our initial legal arguments to the court and is really the first substantive document as part of the litigation process. so, it is important to remember this is a case about bitcoin but we are putting in front of the court system really straightforward common sense arguments. i think one of the new arguments laid out here has to do with this idea of a significant market test which the sec has applied to bitcoin etf applications. they have applied this very stringently to spot bitcoin etf applications like grayscale and other spot bitcoin etf's that had been denied, but very leniently. there's been no justification as to why this test is the only test that the sec should be using. and we have also never seen him use a test like this before when it comes to evaluating new products to bring to market. emily: have you spoken at all with gary gensler directly? michael: you know, we have regular dialogue with really everyone

sec. yellen: an sdr allocation is to address shortages of global liquidity. we had a substantial f drl allocation and we do not see another allocation appropriate at this time. it was decided by the g20 that it would be appropriate for countries that received allocations and did not really need the liquidity to consider lending some of those sdr's or other resources back to the imf for use in lending in structured ways to countries with need. one fund is the poverty reduction and growth fund that can provide assistance to low income countries. the has also created a sustainability trust that can lend for things like investments in health to prepare for future pandemics or strengthen health systems, as well as energy security until we get climate change, and we think that is an appropriate way to address some of the issues that low income countries face. we have asked congress to allow us to lend $21 billion to the imf for these funds. we have not received approval, but we are hoping that is a thing we will be allowed to do. other countries will as well. we ha
