so i'm going to address the applicable sections of article s-h that pertain to the three permits issued here. article 19-h prohibits the issuance of a tobacco sales permit for a location that's located within 500 feet of a permitted tobacco establishment. additionally, article s-h prohibits the issuance of a new tobacco sales application for a location that's within 500 feet of a school. lastly, article s-h prohibits the issuance of a tobacco permit in a supervisorial district that has 45 locations already. the first one, the department denied the application because it was confirmed by the san francisco planning department that this is located within 500 feet of a permitted tobacco establishment. the second property at issue is the location located at 2000 19th avenue. now the department denied this application for tobacco sales permit because this location, too, is located within 500 feet of a school. the last location at issue here is 3300 cesar chavez street. now, the department denied this application for several reasons. this location is located within 500 feet of a school, it's l

h-hour that has been agreed upon. so going up over the top. and one of the things we really wanted to highlight for this section was what that entailed for the particular soldiers that were going up over. a very scary time trying to move through your own wire and then ultimately through the enemy's wire, possibly some artillery fire. both from our own friendly lines or even the enemy fire. then ultimately getting close enough where you're under fire from the enemy trench. one of the quotes that i think really hits home came from a french journal that was published in english for the american army. it states the assault must be pushed through to a finish and the enemy drowned under successive waves calculating however that infantry units disappear in the furnace of fire like handfuls of straw. that's pretty incredible when you think about it. our first soldier in this line is sergeant lloyd sibeert a medal of honor winner and he served with the 364st infantry of the 91st division. he also participated in the arguen and he was awarded the medal of honor for his action. he was armed with an m-1917 trench shotgun which is pretty imposing. the germans actua
