on tuesday california community colleges announced a partnership with seiu-united health workers jointation fund. the partnership would help develop the would-be college's first program... medical coding. back in january governor jerry brown proposed an online school for those without the degree or skills to move up in their careers. the plan still needs to go to the legislature for funding. if it passes the plan is to get online college up and running by fall 20-19.
