finishing up the work on abrist classification so we have a work training program that we developed with seiu. long-standing program and brought life to provide opportunities for city employees to use part of work time to go back to school and get education and put in the position to promote. this is used by lvn to become rn and others so a number of activities around the city we da. the more resources we have, the more we can daand we can leverage existing resources to do more. we have a group within our workforce development division that does nothing but apprenticeship. mostly focused on maintenance crafts, but expanded the concept to general city government. >> thank you. i won't go through each of these. i will make just a comment on them that, this report does not call for the board to respond. there are no recommendation directed to the board of supervisors. when there are in reports we usually try to at best we can to set some timelines around and there are a number of responses i know the circis ongoing, i know from communications and from conversations with labor, but a bunch of the
