tonight, a look back with bud selig... how the experiences in his hometown neighborhood shaped his baseball future.that's on a special one-hour edition of "the now", coming up at 6:30. steven avery's attorney has notified the wisconsin court of appeals she is seeking additional d-n-a tests... and is looking for ev in a motion filed today, kathleen zellner asked the court to put avery's appeal on hold... while she pursues this new evidence. zellner believes new testing will prove her client is innocent. avery and his nephew, brendan dassey, were both convicted in 2007 for the murder of freelance photographer teresa halbach. dassey's conviction was recently overturned by a u-s magistrate. investigators are looking into the death of a two-year-old put down for a nap by his mother. lifesaving efforts by milwaukee police and fire personnel were unsuccessful and the child died on scene. the medical examiner tells us this is the third 2-year-old to die within the past ten days in milwaukee. police are trying to determine why and
