about a mile to the west of seminole. it's going take a look at some video now on monday morning as a result of the weekend storms a section of the eastbound lanes of niles canyon broke free and fell into alameda creek, which is runs right parallel to the roadway. and a caltrans was able to keep the road open monday until 05:00pm. then they closed the road completely this morning. there are engineers out here taking a look at the damage, probably trying to come up with some way to fix it. and then as we moved into the afternoon, they basically move the barriers around the damage. and now they're saying this roadway is going to be closed until further notice. the probably waiting for the weather to let up. it's starting to rain here. they're worried that the creek could rise and wash away more the roadway and they're going to wait for things to dry out before they can start attempting to repair this damage. now, if you need to get from snow, the fremont or vice versa, the only options are either to go south to 6 ad with a
