senator wicker, the bill that senator wicker, the overall bill includes a bill led by senator wicker authorizing the tsa to allow passengers arriving from foreign airports to transfer to connect flights at u.s. airports without having to go through customs. they've obviously gone through a once, senator blunt and i have done a lot of work in this area. we co-chaired the international, the tourism caucus. we're showing great leadership on this. how with the one-stop security pilot program helped improve and streamline the passenger experience? >> one stop security center is a terrific initiative. i urge the passage of that initiative. it would give us the opportunity to prototype, one-stop in several airports, internationally. and that would give us an amount of time to carefully evaluate its effectiveness. first and foremost, one stop security improve security. what it means is that flights departing the last point of departure internationally through the u. s. will be more secure with one stopped and they are without one stop security. that's a very important point to make. the othe
