we're on market street where septa trains run underneath and septa business run on top of, and both, they are still running somehow, because we just have a temporary fiction saturday to this problem. and trying to follow septa and all of those different unions and strike possibilities is real confusing these days. earlier this spring our viewers will note there was a threat of the strike by all of the city bus trolley and subway staff. they have decided to keep working and hopefully keep talking, the suburban trained staff doesn't have the freedom that the city staff does because they have fallen under the federal railway act which essentially gives the power to the president to order them back to work. so, we could have an entire shut down of the entire septa system, come february, and when this eight month cooling off period ends, and as city staff doesn't have a contract by then they can all join together. imagine blue color workers in the city without a contract for five years decide to go join in. we have no septa running, in streets being snowplowed and trash being picked up. h
