i'll tell you the septa guys have been in since overnight. when the temperatures get this low, the trains, buses all have issues. they operate on air pressure. the air right now is so bitter cold, they have been in since the overnight trying to get things warmed up and trying to make sure that the lines are ready to go, so when you go to stand on the platform or the bus station you don't have to wait too long. >> in this kind of cold things contract. we slow the vehicles down to make sure that we're not coming off the wire and yeaght a -- creating a problem. >>> so because of that, you can expect 5 to 10 minute delays on the rail system. check septa's twitter feed they are constantly updating the wait times for you. i sprayed this down ten minutes agates solid. that's the side we sprayed it's already starting to get crunchy on that side. it doesn't take long for any moisture to turn to ice that includes sweat. if you're coming outside be prepared for that, try not to stay tout there very lock, eva pilgrim channel 6 "action news." >> all you c
